ÖZET
Zekâ serabral palsi alanında büyük önem taşır. Çünkü serebral palsinin rehabilitasyonu zekâ ve motor yeterlilik üzerine dayanır. Diğer yandan zekâ; duyu, algılama, davranış planlama ve ortaya koyma işlevlerinden oluşmuş kompleks bir kavramdır. Serebral palsili çocukta mental değerlendirme en zor işlemdir. Bu çalışmada zekâ ve serebral palsinin etyolojisinde yer alan sorunlar prenatal, perinatal, post natal peryotlarına göre değerlendirildi. Bulgular yayınlar çerçevesinde tartışıldı.

ABSTRACT
Intelligence is greatest important for cerebral palsy. Because rehabilitation of cerebral palsy was based on intelligence and motor capacities. On the other hand intelligence was organized from sensory input, perception, behaviour planning, behavioural output. It is complex conception. Mental evaluation of child with cerebral palsy is diffucult process. In this study intelligence and prenatal, perinatal, post natal problems that were present etiology of cerebral palsy were assessed and discussed in frame literature.
