ÖZET
Santral sinir sisteminde olduğu gibi periferik sinir sisteminde de nörodejeneratif hastalıklardaki hücresel değişiklikler ve buna bağlı olarak etkin tedavi yöntemleri üzerine geniş çalışmalar yapılmaktadır.Bu hastalıkların histopatolojik bulguları birçok yeni tedavi yöntemine ışık tutmaktadır.Bu derlemede periferik sinir sistemindeki nöronal dejenerasyon ve rejenerasyon sonucu oluşan önemli hücresel değişikliklikler, periferik sinir sistemi ile santral sinir sistemindeki nörodejeneratif hastalıkların yeni tedavi yöntemleri özetlenmiştir.

ABSTRACT
There are a lot of studies about the alterations in cells and effective treatment methods of the neurodegenerative diseases in the peripheric nervous system.The histopathologic features of these diseases show the way to the new treatment methods. In this review, we summarized the important cell alterations at neuronal degeneration and regeneration in peripheric nervous system and new treatment methods of neurodegenerative diseases in the central and peripheric nervous system.
