ÖZET
Kanserin hastalar için büyük bir problem olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu problemlerden biri de psikolojik etkilerdir. Mücadele edebilmek için bu sorunların anlaşılması gereklidir. Sadec psikiyatristler değil, onkologlar ve katılan diğer sağlık personeli de bu sorunlardan haberdar olmalıdır. Bu hastalarda en büyük sorunlar anksiyete ve depresyondur. Problemi çözmek için empati ile direk yaklaşımlar gereklidir.

ABSTRACT
It is widely known that cancer is an enermous health problem for the patients. One of these problems is pscyosocial effects. It is necessary to understand these problems to cope with. Not only the psychiatrists but also oncologists and attending health staff should be aware of these aspects. Anxiety and depression are the major concerns in these patients. To solve the problem direct approach with empathy is generally required.
