ÖZET
Sakroileit, Ailevi Akdeniz Ateşinde (AAA) nadir görülen bir eklem tutulumudur. Renal osteodistrofide,

ABSTRACT
Sacroiliitis is a rare joint involvement of Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF). Roentgenographic and
pathologic abnormalities of the sacroiliac joint have been previously demonstrated in patients with renal
osteodystrophy. We, here, presented a FMF patient on hemodialysis with secondary hyperparathyrodism
who developed sacroiliac joint disease during follow-up.
